In store Returns and Exchanges:
Items are eligible for return up to 14 days from purchase date for exchange or store credit. Returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s). To return an item, the tags must be attached. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, pet hair, deodorant, makeup, and smoke odor. We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged after purchase. We have the right to refuse a return due to the condition of the garment based on wear and/or smell damage. Unfortunately, if the return does not meet our criteria we reserve the right to refuse the return. All Jewelry, intimate apparel, accessories and clearance items purchased are final sale and are not eligible for return for an exchange or store credit. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

If your item(s) is elegible for return, please contact us before shipping back to us. We will be glad to give you a store credit. You may also exchange your item if it is the wrong size.
Our Inventory is constantly changing so exchanges for a different size are not guaranteed but can be requested. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued.
HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?
Store credit will be issued onto a store gift card. For online purchases, we will send a digital gift card via email that will contain a code for you to apply at checkout on our website.

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charged the shipping cost to send the item back.
Please double check your shipping address! Once we ship the package, you will be charged to double ship if you enter the wrong address.
